Dave Tucker
Our finest guide, Dave Tucker has been involved in every aspect of the fly fishing industry for over 30 years. Our logo represents an invention of his own doing. He began his career as a commercial fly tyer as a teenager working his way to become the owner of a Fly Shop in Boise, Idaho. Working with many well know fly fishing legends, earning both their respect for his works and numerous awards. His ability to match the hatch down to the #22 Trico, read the water, or see that elusive steelhead or the finicky trout is unsurpassed!
Dave has guided Senator's, Rock Stars, ambassadors, Media personalities and hundreds of people just like you and I. A day of fishing with Dave will give you the self confidence that will keep you returning to the river and catching fish! Dave has attended the famous Mel Kreiger's casting school, has been certified as an FFF Flycasting Instructor. He has attended workshops by Joan Wulff, which has led to the inception of Kids Camp. Well versed in single handed and spey casting, Dave's patience and quiet and unassuming manner will have you casting and fishing in no time!
Rhonda Price
Rhonda grew up in a hunting and fishing family. Learning to fish at the age of 3, it has always been an integral part of her life. As a teenager she was taught how to wrap rods, and fly fish. As an adult she was taught by some of the great legends (Ed Ward, Jim Green, Bob Strobel) how to spey cast with a 14' double handed rod and continues to fish for steelhead avidly. Writing the newsletter, The Greased Line for the Washington Steelhead Fly fishing Club (a dominantly male organization) continued her growth in the sport as well as spending time with Harry Lemire and Marlo Bumpus. Although the lure of dry fly fishing keeps her fishing during the summer months, it's the thrill of the steelhead during the rest of the year. Known to "bushwhack" to get to the piece of water that she reads so well, Rhonda is dedicated to getting you on that elusive fish, whether it be a rising trout, beautiful bluegill, or aggressive steelhead. In addition to her steelhead fishing, children have become and important part of her life. Deciding that a child should be outdoors, learning and respecting nature and the resources that are granted us, Rhonda has joined forces with Dave Tucker to develop and promote Kids Camp. "Teach a child to fish and change his life forever"

Dave and Rhonda are the owners of Dreams on the Fly...they created the business out of thier love for sharing their passion for fly fishing with others. As pro guides for St. Croix Rods...this is the story of how they met...
Rhonda met David Tucker (another St. Croix Pro Staffer) while he was managing a fly shop. A saleslady whose territory included Dave's store, they met when she walked in to ask for locations of good streams to fish while she was in town. Rhonda and David walked at least twice more; along a stream that afternoon and down an aisle two and one-half years later. Talk about a hook set!
